Hiking and mountain bike trails as well as the Domitian pilgrimage route start directly at the house .
The Sapplerbach stream runs past the house and offers cooling on hot summer days.
While you relax on the balcony listening to the chirping of crickets and birds and the babbling of the Sapplerbach stream, your gaze wanders into the distance to the southernmost foothills of the Alps: the Karawanks and the Julian and Carnic Alps.

Apartment "Habichthorst"
The 6 person apartment "Habichthorst" has 3 spacious bedrooms, one of them with two single beds.
You will find a large, cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen, including herbs and spices. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Sufficient extra bed linen as well as fresh bath, hand and kitchen towels are available for you.
On the south-facing balcony you can enjoy your breakfast with a view, and on the house terrace you can also use the large grill for a dinner with a view.
If you want to go to the lake , you only drive 5 minutes down the mountain - sporty guests like to walk to the seaside resort in Dellach.
Apartment "Rehsprung"
The 4 person apartment "Rehsprung" was completed in spring 2015. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, one of them with a balcony to the west , the other and the living room have a large balcony to the south .
In the cozy living room you will find a dining area and an open, fully equipped luxury kitchen . The bathroom can also be accessed from the anteroom.
You can prepare yourself for many excursions in the region relaxed and in peace, because there are enough brochures and a thick information book with good tips in the house .
